                                                                                      people always tell me
                                                                                              love yourself
                                                                                              ignore bullies
                                                                                               be yourself
                                                                               but being yourself is hard to accept

                                                                           i need make up for people to notice me   
                                                                                                1 hour later   
                                                                             now to change how i speak to people 
                                                             wear clothes i don't normally wear for people to notice me
                                                                                            do rebellious things  
                                                                              get in trouble for people to like me 
 
                                                                                                   STOP!!!!
                                                                              take a deep breath and count to 10
                                                                                       1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10   
                                                                                        look in the mirror   
                                                                                      rinse off the makeup
                                                                            wear your most comfortable clothes
                                                                                              go outside 
                                                                                      .....and be your true self
