Inspire Me Love

I call into existence the sweetest love known
beauty far beyond my status and class
For which I'll work to provide a decent home
adorned with china, crystals, and glass

All that I have is given freelyĀ for her heart
That I may have proof of the power of art

It is the thought of her that still drives me
long into the desolate, coldĀ hours of night
The dream of her kiss inspires what I'll be
and urges me onward when weary, to write
