Introspection

Introspection

~~My eyes fill with tears
As I look at the years
Rose petals flowing
As time watches knowing

I weep as mighty mountains
Change Into undulating terrain
Seeing the heavens
And all that they know
Weeping of the rains
And forgotten white snow

The earth lies pristine
In a virginal dream
In homage so humble
If I touched it would crumble

Like a silent scream
This journeys a dream
