Inverse Perception

Inverse Perception

I am from a world where the sun is blue

And the sea is yellow

Waves collapse on jealous hands

The only one I call friend is a faceless monkey

Salt fills my eyes

Pouring onto the floor of Paris

My future mother

My mind shuts down

Everywhere grows darker than night

The smirking blackness strangles me

From the inside out

Thr light of Paris try to pry

Salty eyes awake

My heels dig deeper into the clouds

The clouds which are ready to fall

Mother's cooking charges me to reality
