It’s not 'diabetes' because your pancreas isn’t Fully functional, so why is it 'anxiety'

It’s not called 'being blind' because there is proof that you can’t see,

So why is it 'OCD'

you don’t make someone run a mile if their legs don’t work but if you have an 'MLD' or 'SLD' tests always seem to lurk.

Why can’t you look past the 'normal' looking body

And instead root through my 'ADHD'

Then you’ll see.

Its not for attention that’s not my intention, I don’t want to spend my time in detention.

I’m funny, smart, brain faster than a go kart.

Yeah, sure my words get in a jumble

And my balance is poor enough to make me tumble

But my symptoms don’t define me, so please I know I can be a pester but put down that gesture, inverted commas aren’t needed like I have already pleaded just take me off the stigma shelf and help me to help myself.
