months of madness,
days begin change.
decades of love,
months of hate,
days begin change.

months of anger,
days of pain.
decades of change,
months of work,
days of praying.
1 day to accept desired change,
months of focusing on mental health,
decades to come that won’t belong to your pain.

"Every journey begins with a single step". I think this quote, from someone obviously very clever, goes well with this piece. There comes a day when decisions have to be made. The future always starts today ... although there is a belief system that advocates there is only the now. I am more of a one foot in front of the other, and don't tread in the shit sort of person.
