It came to me as rain. ❀️ For Lexie

It came to me as rainΒ

The weather stirred today, humid and unkind
With likes of an echo
From my heart and mind

Your laughter and sence of humour fell silent in the night, when god called you home to him
Bringing that divine light

There's a calm inside of Every storm, a place of utmost peace, when the spirit farewells the body
And you find that known release

The heart it beats no more and the lungs forbade the air

In places that you once were, you're no longer there

You join the star's in heaven, and just like a beacon of light

You gain your wings and surrender, To the beauty of the night
Upon a prayer of leaving
And gracefully taking flight, say goodbye
To those you love, you know they'll be alright

For only in this lifetime
We learn to love and care, although beyond
Our Love is eternal
And Like angels always there,Β

you'll carry their hearts forever and bring them peace from pain,
Until you are reunited
In their loving arms again

Today was sad and stormy , oh how I felt your pain, it come to wash my sorrow, it came to me as rain.

Rest in peace Lexie
You will be remembered
And loved always ❀️
