It’s a mad, mad world

I am solo strolling avoiding people it’s a sad lonely life
In these days of uncertainty and with such a sickening strife
Oh how I long for normalty in a good, glad world but right here and now with this disease it is a mad, mad world
We were gridlocked from gallavanting in but the blink of an eye without any questioning or reasoning why
But one has to be careful coz one doesn’t want to die

The risk of catching Corvid is totally unknown yet it spreads like wildfire and wow how it has grown
So the only way of staying safe is to stay on one’s own
I certainly don’t want Coronavirus on my gravestone
Well time will tell when we will be free to mix with our loved ones from our family
But until the day comes when the virus is no more
Nobody will dare venture far away from their front door
