Remember
The good times

It's all shit without you
Each day a huge effort
To just make it through

Dark day

Marion, life can be a shit sandwich sometimes and once, is one bite too many.
I hear you my friend and can lay testament to all the pain and other certain feelings.
We struggle on day by day and the good days now outweigh the bad, down to mood and resolve.
Hugs to you Marion and thanks for telling just how bloody hard and unforgiving it is.
And I've found that inner things and outer circumstances do change, albeit slowly, but are gradually moving in the right direction.💗
