Join the angel's song

Pearly gates and streets of gold,
crystal rivers and angels so bold.
When will I join the angel's song?
To desire heaven is not wrong.

Trumpets sound and violins play,
no dark nights, but only day.
The pearly gates will open wide,
welcomed by family on the other side.

A place of rest, free from pain,
no more tears, flowing like rain.
Greetings and hugs from my sister,
in heaven everything will be better.

Smiles on faces, everyone rejoicing,
Stand with angels, join the singing.
Jesus will hold my hand and lead me,
on the golden streets is my home.

My life will end, time will be over,
my soul will depart, to the crystal river.
Jesus will lead me to paradise,
to join the angel's song, sounds nice.
