If you can not afford an Attorney one will be appointed by the Court...

Your Attorney will advise you without bias or prejudice...

Will it go to Trial for your peers to decide or are you going to let the Judge decide after hearing all of the evidence?

You can discuss that with your Lawyer...

They don't need to know anything as they long as they meet their Criteria...
