Jersey Tues 19 th June 18’

Sat next to hubby upon the plane
East jet is flying us to Jersey again
Iv lost count of the times we have visited this place
This Island is lovely
& has a chilled pace ?
So off we lift up into the sky
I watch the clouds 
As they swiftly pass by
I spy at the Tyne down below
& say a farewell 
As we fly by & Go✈️
Six nights in the Raddison blu
We have a superior room
With a stunning sea view?
I know the sun will welcome us there
We will feel its warmth
As we descend the stair
Jersey is an Island, so full of charm
It makes you feel free & alive & calm
We honeymooned here in 78’
Thats when I changed my name
From Dawson to Tait?
So 40 yrs we have loved this land
We climb its cliffs
& stroll on the sands
Everytime when our holidays done
We say Goodbye Jersey
& Thanks for the fun
The delicious food you just cant beat
I love the seafood
But the lobsters my treat?
Let time stand still for the next six days
Whilst the clouds dissapear & the currant bun stays??
I look forward to seeing our familiar sights
I just adore this Island 
With its wonderous delights ??
