Just Drive

Try to steer with your feet
while you're driven by fear.
Blocking out what you've heard,
and fighting back every tear.
As the driver you're blinded,
a good sign this may be.
For the road which  you've taken,
you are unable to see.
While you beg for your sight,
you sense danger ahead.
But your eyes will not help you,
for you are already dead.
