Just pondering on my wonderings đź’•

As I sit lost a’twixt those wandering thinkings, fluttering my weary eyelids from catnap blinkings

Pondering on my wonderings will people remember me ? Long after my demise and but a bygone memory..

And whilst I realise that this concern should not bother me at all, I’d like to leave my legacy when my maker comes to call

So nowadays this is probably the soul reason why I write, one may read my poetry when I am long out of sight..

Out of sight, but hopefully never that far away, blowing betwixt a breeze with the words I’d say

All written in my own scrawly handwriting for all my loved ones to see, to bring me alive again whilst reminiscing about me...
