Poem -

Just the same

My face has wrinkles and scars from pain

You love me just the same

I don't like being naked my body is worn down and ragged

You love me just the same

I was never one to see myself as pretty or someone special

You love me just the same

I wasn't use to the nice things you say or the way you look at me

You love me just the same

You don't see me the way I see myself. You don't see my flaws which are screaming at me when I look in the mirror. Yet you love me just the same

If I could see me the way you see me OMG I am not sure I could handle it. Lol

You attempt to tell me how I look and feel to you. To me I still see me as a big woman that's why no many bright colors you see.

Right now my eyes are old and blurry but you are loving me just the same

I only have my upper teeth yet you love me just the same

I am thankful you have patience with me on so many things and I love YOU just the same

When I lay in your arms you see no flaws yet I feel what they are you love me just the same

You make me laugh sometimes when I may not want to because you love me just the same

The little things you do to me and for me is because you love me just the same

You deserve much more than I can ever give you yet you love me just the same

You are a man and the king of your castle yet you want ME by your side to love me just the same
