Just You

I was just sitting under a tree
When a thought of you came to me

Us being sort of a team
I wasn't sure if it was a dream

It was a nice thing you see
To know its as real as can be

My poetic mood came along
At first it was just for a song

But now I shall say
On any given day

I will be there to care
Even if you are a bear

I may be a little silly
I don't try to be really

I may seem lame
But I feel no shame

I hope you know
I will always show

How happy you make me
Even when you cant see

I'll keep showing how I feel
And that I care a great deal

You keep me from strife
And for me you are life
