If you think that life is bad to you
It has dealt you a dismal hand
Spend a few hours in a hospital
That will make you understand

No matter what your feeling
Tho you may be feeling blue
There will always be someone More unfortanate than you

If you are capable of
Thinking in that way
It will lift up your moral
‘Count your blessings’ everyday

Try & thrive on the positives
Negatives bottom of the queue
What a whole world of difference
This theory will make for you

As one gets older & wiser
Each ordinary day
You learn you can
Improve your thoughts
Come what may

So get out of that rut
Just take a look around
Natural beauty & nature
Is abundantly found

I’m a great believer in ‘Karma’
Doing good to others along the way
It triggers a’Boomerang’ action
‘Practise what you preach’
