"KATHLEEN'S DEATH"

In questioning and doubting my love for her
I have seen her through my mother's eyes
The eyes of her tormenters
The very same powers that threaten
Her need ~ to survive.....

Something inside of her
Has died
And I am so deathly afraid
That she will take that Japanese sword
And on her bleeding knees
She will beg, and not give a shit
That when she kills herself
She will also destroy
So many friendships
And relatives that Love her
That her battle with Alcohol
Will not come to the peaceful end
She so desperately desires
But just the opposite
Will occur.....
 

Dozens,
Of those who dared to Love her
Will wither
Into unbearable balls of sorrow
For her light
Was so powerfully affecting
That snuffing it out
Will kill Faith
In so many others
That I will HATE her
For her selfish
Stupidity
Knowing all the while
That there must have been
Something else
I could have done.....

Dear Lord,
Please awaken me
From this most unforgiving
Nightmare....
