Kindred Spirits
Now, when alone, our thoughts ever hover
Over seas and silent shores
The red blood, between us as we've soared
Where heartbeats mingle
And that noble bloodline between us
That rare separation,
That rare familiarity
Where winging our way through the ether,
We've come to learn
The single heart
In the ALL...
And now
As we rest,
We reflect upon
The beauty, in creation's
Unbreakable,
Bond...

I adore anything dragon. and in a way this poem reminds me of myself. I have been through a lot of crap in my life time and still I will not break from my faith in life. an unbreakable bond. the dragon to me represents life.
Absolutely lovely! Having bonds with the people you surround yourself with as well with the world around you is so important. Especially when they're those special unique ones. The ones you never dreamed of forming but can't live without. Repairing broken bonds is one of the most amazing feelings. My bond with my father had been broken but now I believe it's stronger than it ever was before. Lovely write, I really enjoyed it! :)Β
