Poem -

Kookaburra laughs.

Kookaburra laughs into the afternoon air
Casting a smile upon my troubled despair
As if he knows my destiny

Laughing now is he
High within an old gum tree

'his thoughts in laughing matter'

Deemed me more crazy than that of mad hatter

Oh my continued journey past the afternoon sun
Not knowing which corner shall be the chosen one
Patiently i shall go forth towards the unknown

His laughter brings a smile
His laughter brings much light

I shall seek my destiny
whichever corner feels right.
