Last times

Last times

What if today, would be the last time. Before I would see, the end of this climb.

The last snowdrop ever, awakening all springs. The last time as a witness, of a butterfly blissed by its wings.

Never again, the smile of a child. A horse in the valley, running freely and wild.

To touch my face or to hear your voice. Eyes to see, the sky of our choice.

What if today, I would leave the sublime. Than all I would wish for, is to repeat, every last time.
