The Leap Of Love...

The Leap Of Love...

The Leap Of Love...

I took the leap my heart sang of,
I hung for a moment frozen in time.
Yet now I am falling... Falling deeper...
For I did not fly as high as love foretold,
My hopes were dashed upon the rocks.
All that I was, broken on the shore below,
No joy to be found in my profound misery.
Yet in my rebirth I harness the wind,
My wings billow in all it has to offer.
And once again I shall climb,
And once more take... The leap of love...

Spread the love... The peace will follow...

Enjoyed this write!  I have taken that leap and my hopes were shattered, however, the heart is a resilient muscle and I am always prepared to fly!  val

Thanks Val... Glad you enjoyed it... We should all be prepared to take that leap until we find our wings of love and soar to the heavens...
