LET ME GO!

I need to leave.

I want to see

what I can only read.

I need to get out

of a town that is lost.

I must find my way

to a place I shall stay.

I need a home

not a place to live,

I want freedom

not shackles that hold me back.

Let me go

to the place I belong

somewhere far

and where I can call home.
