LET ME RUN - BUT HOW FAR

my skull the mural all in red
bleeding into tiny caves
flooded angels ,wings so wept
watching night in its dance,
feasting in the halls of trance

my skull at least i own
wild vision stolen crowns and digging ground
i have planted graveyards misty dark damp resting places
carpets lay in every colour
frayed edges leak over mighty cliffs
watching the visitors create escape

my skull inside out
chanting falling spilling in the doubt
insanity the jewels that shine
close is the distance
afraid to love me,afraid to hunt me down

cradled leafs, collected from the ancient thaw
held outstretched crimson gold ,
the stolen shroud , in haunted intensions

my skull pretends protection found
a hole contains the depth unscrewed
each lifting soul a light written

in a room with a million pieces of broken glass
not able to describe the footsteps past
shocked in the slashing  movement drawn
changing slow motion

this thing ,
b movie atmosphere
the theatres full
my skull
