Poem -

Let's Pretend We Are gods

Let's pretend we are gods
I know we are not
But for the sake of our future
We can benefit a lot

Masters of our fate
Don't we know
we are warriors
Who live by the sow?

Governors of our choice
Reaching heights beyond
And greater depths below
With it we have just begun

Champions of our freedom
But for our addictions
A full life in the sun
Except for time's predictions

Never mind the grave
Who needs bad news?
We be gods until the end!
Who made this song blues?
