Life

Life is as short as a blade of grass

but life is as sweet as pie

life is full of many things 

that we often let pass by .

Some peoples lives  are full of bliss

and some are full of pain

and some just let it speed on by

just like a speeding train .

Now i often wonder were i stand

in my quest for life

and wonder if I'v really tried 

or just let it drift on by .

For i know I'v had some good times

and i know I'v had some bad

but far by most I would have to say

​that I'm glad i became a Dad .

For my Children have bought me happiness

and they have also bought me bliss

but I'm sad to say that I have caused them pain

and I hope they can forgive .

So where my life will go from here

is anybody's guess 

for I will have to choose the right track

​for my life of happiness .........
