Life Death.

If medicine cures medicine,
Then water waters water,
Like sun scotches sun,
Then laughter laughs at laughter,
Thus fools fool fools,
Then sleep sleeps sleep to sleep.
When air airs around,
Sleep sleeps around,
Then yawn yawns ,
When world sits on the swing,
Conscience swings along,
Then eyes' door bangs,
Like tempest threatens,
Containers stagger like drunkards,
Weak, defenseless,
Finally life death strikes,
Containers lay in open coffin,
Logic died but emotions lived,
In the new order of life death,
The new order of sleep.

Best work. Rhetorical touch. Well sensitive voice is raised through quite thoughtful poem.
Thank you.
Hi Sonia,
An Artificial eloquence, for every action, we are encountered with a reaction and for every reaction, spawns another action in its wake. Never ending story, sometimes in order to heal what ails you, you have to feed it with the same substance that affects its natural well being. Hence feed (fire with fire)…are in order to be heard, the only notion or remedy, is to speak louder than the speaker... Elaborated with great care and with caution, figuratively spoken in style and (with) eloquence. Food for thought for all and very good point to be made….
As always,
Jim
Hello Jim,
As usual well spoken and understood I do agree with you. Actually this piece was inspired from a pool of thoughts about how sleep comes about and its unanimous nature. So it is my own invention of how sleep conquers man when it arrives.
Yours Thankful,
Sonia.
