Poem -

A Life In Dreams

Death, why do you elude me so
Time, non existent in this
Figment of another mans imagination
Another's dream, coming alive
Night after night, living only
To die when daylight comes
My reality, living a life
Pieced together, through fantasies
Experiences, ambitions, and failures
Of a man, a man whose mind
Has imprisoned me,
To never again see the light of day.
