Life lessons 🙏

And I will endeavour to be truthfully honest on this unique, one off occasion

Whilst I am considerably compassionate, coz I will always care

I am an extremely impulsive individual, this is very accurate to be fair

I cannot wait until tomorrow, when I can do things today

What on earth is the point of hanging around, one might say..

..That I do not possess any patience, and indeed this is so true

Yet I am fully aware that this may irritate you

What are my other traits? now let me see..

Well obviously I adore writing poetry

And since I started this, well I simply cannot stop

Haha, I think I will probably pen my life in verses until the day I drop

But I try to enjoy my ageing life, as a mother to my trio of delightful daughters, their three gorgeous girls and as a  wonderful wife

I am honest and reliable, I would never let you down

Though teehee, I am not confessing to wearing a halo on my topknot crown

Yet I try my utmost to keep everything upbeat, positivity is paramount to make my life complete

I absolutely despise negativity, when I sit and watch the ten o’clock news on the television, that depresses me

There is way too much doom and gloom, ‘Heavens above!!’ who needs to witness such insufferable, woefulness in their own living room?

So living and learning as I climb the stairway of growing old

I am wiser than I was, and a little bit more bold
