Life's a Battle

Life is difficult at times

Full of chaos and hard time crimes

Men beating women and kids on a daily basis

Everyday seeing new faces

Wondering when the bills are due

Hoping for a change, something new

Constantly falling behind after catching up

Losing a dog you had since he was a pup

Wishing for things you know you will never get

As tears role down leaving your cheeks often wet

Life's full of God's children with shepherds leading the sheep like cattle

As life gets harder, a constant battle.
