Everyone is on a quest
Emotions put to a test 

Wrap ourselves up day 2 day 
With thoughts that just stand in our way

We need to release 
Our own beliefs 

Let go of the past
To make  the NOW last

Let our light shine 
Not be tied down with twine

Shine brighter with each mistake
Triumphantly , even over heartbreak

This is our only one life 
The world has enuff strife

Seek every morn as a new beginning 
A challenge , an adventure a life worth living 

Don't deny self love 
But wear it as a shield to be proud of

No bitterness , no pain 
Aren't regrets in vain
