LIFTS ARE LIKE LIFE

bipolar is like a lift 

it go up, it go down 

then when your up on a hyper manic 

your flying,enjoying the feeling 

of the lift going up feeling 

like tinkerball flying 

loving it,laughing but 

then you come stuck on between

two levels with tears flowing,wanting to get out

cant move feeling anxious,loads of things going for your

head,people looking at you 

making you feel worse want to

shout but cant my lips won't move to scream

breathing fast thinking my heart will 

jump out in a minute if this don't move

please get this lift moving i'm begging

then finally we come crashing down as the doors open
