Listen to Earth

In silence an uncharted energy carries my brothers, my sisters and I,

Like children we dance around our mother and do not stray far from her warm embrace,

The galaxies our ancestors, now billions of light years gone,

I look upon them as giants with wisdom eternal,

I give rise to beings, their own micro-galaxies they carry on their heavy shoulders,

May my beings now see that they are the universe exploring itself,
May they use that wisdom to start a new exploration and cease their frenzied exploitation,

I am Earth, please listen, don't speak, 
For silence will bring you the wisdom you seek.
