Little heart
My little heart stopped working in the simplest of times.
I saw you out the corner of my eye.
It wasn’t even special
That moment in my life
When I saw you so distractedÂ
And it hit me like a knife.
My little heart was taken from me
In that small fraction of the day
You’re the thief who took it from me
And I never had a say
I hope you’ll return it soon,
It doesn’t really work
When ever I look you in the yes
I feel it just go boom
The way you smileÂ
The way you laugh
It drives me completely insane
I really hope my little heart
Finds yours and has a place to stay
Because my little heart chose you
When it stopped working in the simplest of times

the simplest of times line is a reference to someone I really do like,this poem is kind of about them in some ways ? but it was the silliest little moment that I realised I liked them, and it stuck with me
