Lo Behold and Deep Within

Lo behold and deep within, 

I see beneath the surface, in;

So rare it is of things untold;

Unfold, to me, unfold.

Lo behold the tale I tell

Bewailing captives lost in hell.

In thee, oh Lord, I find, I wait, 

In faith for thee I wait.

How do, be I, to now this time

A righteous ending life to find?

Part the way, the evil dark

To one day find and then impart,

Agentle knocking at my heart,

'Tis Jesus calls... tis Jesus calls.

And never more to loss to be,

Beckons freedom, ah yes, to me!

For lo behold, yes deep within

I see beneath the surface in;

So rare it is of things not told,

Of life, of love I now behold

My God it did to me unfold.
