Loneliness and friendship

The streets I have walked
Where silence prevails,
Though the stars twinkle
Clouds never crackle there.
The cacophonies used to irritate me
The loudness agonised me a lot,
Today passing these lonely ways
I admit I miss them a lot..

Tried a lot to connect to passers by
Rejected for asking whether can be with them,
Asked them gently lots of time-
Whether they can be friend of mine?
Today the streets turns to highways
A long path to travel alone,
Making a wish to all my listener
Can you be my friend for once...
