Poem -

LONELY SUN

The sun rose once more
In great beauty
Then set itself low
In great peace

With only the shadows
To witness
And the odd knowing gaze
Of the sheep

For all life
Lay stone cold
Down below

In deaths sleep

Lonely sun.
