Look And See

We look and look, 

And see all day

The changes that occur in may;

But when we throw a hook,

We cannot see where it lay, 

Unless we look at it in a book.

And if we take another way, 

Then the world might be different today.

But it's too bad that we don't see

All the changes that occur in May,

Because even though we look and look, 

We might not see day-to-day.
