Look at the bigger picture

Do not wallow in your worries coz wallowing does you no good, burdens of botherments put us in a bad mood . 

Try to throw away those troubles, toss them far and wide by going for a little walk in the fresh air outside 

Look at the bigger picture you are but a blip on the screen, life is full of ups and downs if you know what I mean 

Look around you in the great outdoors there’s so much beauty betwixt the sea and shores 

Embrace Mother nature and she shall smile on you clearing your clutter and banishing your blue
