“Look on the bright side of life!!”😢

Nowadays she was always downing everything and in a melancholy mood

Why on Earth she felt doom and gloom no-one ever understood

But he was forever telling her to “Look on the bright side of life life” 

Oh if she only could..

Alas she has been pessimistic the latter of her life

People around about them said she was a miserable wife

Forever moaning and moping about searching for strife

If there wasn’t obvious problems , she would find some, huh her negativity was rife..

Yet there were moments when her mood-swings would rise and fall

Poor soul suffered terrible depression, it was no fun at all

Days spent lying listless on her sofa, just sat staring at the wall

With teardrops welling up inside her feeling such an awful appal..

Mind you she was lucky that she had a brilliant man

He would be constantly trying his very best for her, he was a pillar of strength her Stan

Driving her here and there for little outings towing their little caravan

Coz he could remember why he fell in love with her, but Oh how he missed his happy Anne...
