Looking Beyond The Mark

Give us Barabbas and crucify the truth!
Save our holy pleasures and justice be aloof.
Turn off the light and leave us in the dark,
Again; our focus is looking beyond the mark.

Knowledge is our enemy and comfort is our quest,
Someone do it for us! we don't past the test.
Who dares inquire and question our integrity?!
We are not liars; we were oppressed you see.

Tradition of the fathers justifies it all,
They never made mistakes; so we are standing tall.
Our companion is our pride; you just step aside!
