LOVE AND PEACE

 
 
All round the world are different people from different places 
Men, women, boys and girls from different colours and races
Some are looking for love and for romance 
While others are looking to give peace a chance 
 
I cannot understand why people cannot get along 
Surely love and peace will make this world strong 
Instead of this people are fighting and killing each other 
This is no way to treat your sister or brother 
 
I shake my head and I wonder why
The death toll around the world is at an all time high 
In my lifetime I hope and I pray 
That love and peace will happen one day
