LOVE WILL LEAD ME HOME
Love has many faces...
It can make a heart smile...
There's love in the little things and all around...
I think of people across the miles and the gift of time I've been given taught me the lessons of when to hold on and when to let go...
This world was given to be shared...
On my journey I have walked much of it alone...
I've met good and bad and I've met happy and sad...
I know tears are salty and wet...
I know one day...
Love will lead me home...

You're very welcome Sparrowsong, I heard it on a live album. They used to improvise quite a bit, I'm not even sure if it's a properly titled song but it's one of my favourites.
