Love knows no force
It has but a simple list for leaving
A showcase for what it forbids
The power in love is in it's pondering
 
Love shows a preference for the will
For it's only about the soft gentle action
Having little concern for what the other wilt
The ability for receiving the only attraction
 
Love looks for a strong intellect
For it is never built on mere instinct
Otherwise the start will meet an intercept
Because this would make for a great insult
 
Love leaves when there is no need to commit
Its gates are made from pearls of promise
Reasoning allows treasures to be communed
A lifetime in togetherness its premise
 
Love is the joy of the chosen
The treasure chess of them who are deliberate
Trifling drama from those ever choosing
Who cant make up their minds and decide
 
Love forever sits on sturdy walls of linger
Ever slow in going away
It's own stubborn grace its lure
Any evidence in its list its knowing the avert
 
The lines are long for those running back
People escaping the void hole
Who become too broken to be just broke
Love's walls make for the best home
