Poem -

MAD'S FINE SUIT

Let the madness dance
awhile
In all his merry many forms
Pray him linger long in
sparkles, and
Deny all civil norm

Let him be insane in
moonlight
With all his shadowed
secret friends
Let him pass by undisturbed
by life
Let him know not of sad ends

For who is it that calls a mad
Save misery, respectful clad
Who longs himself to dance a
mile
In mad's fine suit and crazy
smile, and

Let go of a burdened bag
To rise above the endless nag
Of heaviness, too hard to bear
Of troubles big, too sad to
share

So let the madders dance a
while
Clap them on in festive style
For maybe unbeknownst to
sane
They pity all that normal fails
to gain
