MAN FLU

Man flu is overtaking me I have a cough and cold 
The deadly lurgy has struck and illness is taking hold 
Handkerchiefs full of snot and a raspy voice 
I wish I was well if I had the choice 

Sleep is the answer to my illness for this I'm sure 
I have never been as ill like this before 
Drinking my fluids and trying to keep up my appetite 
Just wish I was feeling okay again and being alright

So dear friends and readers do not feel sorry for me 
I have two ears to hear and two eyes to see 
Man flu I am sure will soon disappear and go away 
The sooner the better is all I will say
