Matthew 23:39

Moors and Merovingians

Desposyni and Plantagenet

Sifting through old DNA

To bring forth a better day

a better way

to rule the lands

When shall justice

play its hand

Conspiracy is sowing hope

seeing lines carved in the sand

But messiah is not there

He's already come

rolled away the stone

and ascended again

Cause we were not willing

when he last arrived

to crown him with many crowns

or offer him choice bride

Our fig leaves hid but nakedness

a garment far from regal

No pomegranates or grapes

Just a dried up hag

decrepit, old and feeble

When he comes again I hope he finds

his princess and his kingdom

For surely he wants nothing more

than to bring us truest freedom
