Poem -

maybe on beaches...

It is not so bad
There is after all,
Only the waiting
To do

And when I gaze
To those fine stars
I know they're waiting too
Patiently shining, very possibly
pining
Like me
For whatever it is
To come next, and so...

Down by the mauve gate, by the
flowers inked black
Or quietly with moon in the
garden out back
Or maybe on beaches
Where I stroll
With pink dawn
I wrap myself warm in my
favourite shawl
And I wait
