ME
I really must be going now, Journey to the depth of my soul.
I need to find the girl I once knew, I need to awaken her,
shake her if I must.
I've hid her away with the pain,sorrow,and mistrust.
I've got to awaken her "Oh" she must see, There is happiness,love,
there is still life in me..

I hope everyone enjoy's this poem I wrote it when I was going through tough times..
This is a beautiful write. Simple and elegant. Going through so many hardships and being so broken yet there is still that little spark of hope. Of love and happiness that can bring you out and see there is still life in you and that life is still worth living. Such an emotional, soul bearing piece.
