Meandering thru the meadows π¦

There is dust in my eyes from that breeze thru the treesΒ
As pollen scatters about everywhere and makes me sneeze
But the flowers are full of busy buzzing bumble bees
Our little pollinators and Mother natures treasured trustees
Yet who on earth could resist those bonny, beautiful flowers
That fragrant floral odour thru the yellow golden hours
Damping in the morning dew and strengthening betwixt sudden showers
Oh such pleasurable, potent, powers
I love to meander thru my local meadows
Especially in the moonlight following my shadows
Treading ever so lightly on the tips of my toes
Inhaling the smells of summertime when the warm westerly wind blowsβ¦
